{"id":223666,"date":"2026-05-23T11:46:08","date_gmt":"2026-05-23T17:46:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/oaxacadiaadia.com\/?p=223666"},"modified":"2026-05-23T11:46:09","modified_gmt":"2026-05-23T17:46:09","slug":"suma-oaxaca-26-restaurantes-en-la-guia-michelin","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/oaxacadiaadia.com\/?p=223666","title":{"rendered":"Suma Oaxaca 26 restaurantes en la Gu\u00eda Michelin"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/oaxacadiaadia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/Suma-Oaxaca-26-restaurantes-en-la-Guia-Michelin.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"410\" height=\"274\" src=\"https:\/\/oaxacadiaadia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/Suma-Oaxaca-26-restaurantes-en-la-Guia-Michelin.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-223667\" srcset=\"https:\/\/oaxacadiaadia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/Suma-Oaxaca-26-restaurantes-en-la-Guia-Michelin.jpg 410w, https:\/\/oaxacadiaadia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/Suma-Oaxaca-26-restaurantes-en-la-Guia-Michelin-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 410px) 100vw, 410px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Oaxaca, Oaxaca, S\u00e1bado 23 de Mayo, 2026, (Fuente: X: @jaimeguerrero08).- La edici\u00f3n 2026 de la Gu\u00eda Michelin incorpor\u00f3 tres nuevos restaurantes oaxaque\u00f1os a su lista de recomendados y ratific\u00f3 los reconocimientos de los 23 establecimientos galardonados en ediciones anteriores, para sumar 26 en total.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La titular de la Secretar\u00eda de Turismo de Oaxaca, Saymi Pineda Velasco, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que Oaxaca se consolida como un destino gastron\u00f3mico de referencia nacional e internacional, con el respaldo del gobernador Salom\u00f3n Jara Cruz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los restaurantes reci\u00e9n incorporados son Aguamarga, de la capital oaxaque\u00f1a; Glou Glou, de Puerto Escondido; y Vianda, de Guadalupe Etla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cuanto a los establecimientos con estrella, Los Danzantes Oaxaca mantiene Una Estrella Michelin y la Estrella Verde, mientras que Levadura de Olla conserva Una Estrella Michelin; ambas distinciones fueron otorgadas en 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Permanecen en la lista de recomendados: Atarraya, Casa Oaxaca El Restaurante, Criollo, Crudo, Itanon\u00ed, Teocintle-Tika&#8217;aya, Zandunga, Alfonsina, Barbacoa Obispo Cocina Rural, Adam\u00e1, Alm\u00fa, Brio, Nois, Almoraduz, Ancestral Cocina Tradicional y Asador Bacanora Oaxaca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, se ratific\u00f3 la distinci\u00f3n Bib Gourmand \u2014que reconoce restaurantes de buena relaci\u00f3n calidad-precio\u2014 a La Olla, Las Quince Letras, Tierra del Sol, Labo Fermento y Xaok.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oaxaca ingres\u00f3 a la Gu\u00eda Michelin en 2024, cuando 17 de sus restaurantes fueron seleccionados, siendo uno de los primeros estados mexicanos en formar parte de esa publicaci\u00f3n.
