M\u00e9xico<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Oaxaca, Oaxaca, Viernes 05 de Diciembre, 2025 (Fuente: Comunicado).- La Secretar\u00eda de Turismo del Estado (SECTUR Oaxaca) y la C\u00e1mara Nacional de la Industria de Restaurantes y Alimentos Condimentados (CANIRAC), realizaron la entrega de las Placas Michelin a los 23 restaurantes distinguidos por la Gu\u00eda en su edici\u00f3n 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La subsecretaria de Operaci\u00f3n Tur\u00edstica Mariel L\u00f3pez Villatoro, destac\u00f3 que esta publicaci\u00f3n de prestigio internacional reconoci\u00f3 por segundo a\u00f1o consecutivo a la gastronom\u00eda oaxaque\u00f1a, y subray\u00f3 el compromiso del Gobernador Salom\u00f3n Jara Cruz, para consolidar a la entidad como el epicentro gastron\u00f3mico de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En representaci\u00f3n de la CANIRAC nacional, el vicepresidente de Turismo de la c\u00e1mara, Fernando Olivera Rocha, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que el impacto de la Gu\u00eda Michelin en Oaxaca fortalece la econom\u00eda local, ya que incrementa la demanda de insumos locales, dinamizando a las comunidades y contribuyendo a la preservaci\u00f3n de t\u00e9cnicas tradicionales y cultivos end\u00e9micos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El restaurante Levadura de Olla recibi\u00f3 su placa que le distingue con Una Estrella Michelin, al igual que Los Danzantes Oaxaca, que adem\u00e1s recibi\u00f3 la Estrella Verde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recibieron el distintivo Bib Gourmand, Xaok, Alfonsina, La Olla, Labo Fermento, Las Quince Letras y Tierra del Sol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como restaurantes seleccionados por la Gu\u00eda Michelin 2025 recibieron su placa Adam\u00e1, Alm\u00fa, Barbacoa Obispo Cocina Rural, Br\u00edo, Nois, Almoraduz, Atarraya, Ancestral Cocina Tradicional,
